This workshop, including all materials, recordings, and communications, is designed for spiritual education, self-awareness, and personal transformation purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or financial advice. Results may vary depending on each participant’s openness, mindset, and personal effort.
2. Eligibility
Participation is open to individuals aged 18 years and above or those attending under parental or guardian consent. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age and fully understand the nature of the workshop.
3. Registration & Access
- Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email containing access details for the Zoom Live Workshop.
- Sharing or distributing your access link, materials, or recordings to non-registered participants is strictly prohibited.
- The host reserves the right to deny or cancel access if misuse or disruptive behavior is detected.
4. Intellectual Property
All workshop content—including text, audio, video, images, processes, and techniques—is the intellectual property of Taarun Pratap Singh and his team.
Participants are not allowed to copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any material for personal or commercial use without prior written consent.
5. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain respect, confidentiality, and openness during live sessions. Any form of disrespect, trolling, or disruption may lead to immediate removal from the workshop without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and transformative experience, Taarun Pratap Singh and the organizing team shall not be held liable for:
- Any physical, emotional, or mental effects experienced during or after the workshop.
- Losses, damages, or interruptions caused by technical issues or internet failures.
You agree that your participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the workshop if unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., illness, technical failure, or force majeure). Participants will be notified via email in such cases.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
